A well-established and growing engineering consultancy in Dudley is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join its expanding team. Responsibilities

As a Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, and fellow engineers, taking ownership of designs, solving complex engineering challenges, and helping to deliver projects that make a lasting impact on the built environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a consultancy environment and confident designing a variety of building structures using a range of materials.
• Strong background in residential developments (essential); exposure to commercial, education, or high‑rise projects is highly beneficial.
• Excellent technical and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and client service.
• Knowledge of current design standards and experience using industry‑standard structural design software.
