Technical Execution: Deliver simple design work and detailed drawings. Client Engagement: Manage site inspections, surveys, and direct communication with architects, contractors, and homeowners. Strategic Compliance: Navigate the complexities of the Building Safety Act, providing essential inspections and survey calculations for a shifting regulatory landscape. Requirements
