Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design for various construction projects, including buildings and infrastructure.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports using CAD and structural analysis software.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes , standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and verify the integrity of structural work.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to resolve design and construction issues.
- Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable structural solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in structural design.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of material behavior and construction techniques.
