Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for various building types using specialized software.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections to verify design implementation and resolve any structural issues.
• Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status (MIStructE or MICE) or working towards it.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in structural design for construction projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structural Designer) and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of steel, concrete, and timber design principles.
