Nights Supervisor - Bridge Repairs

Night Shifts | Immediate Start

£280-£350 per night (CIS/Ltd) DOE

We're looking for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join a long-term bridge repair project at Baynards Green (M40), Bicester.

This is a hands-on supervisory role leading a team carrying out structural concrete repairs on a major highways infrastructure project.

Duties

• Supervising operatives carrying out structural concrete repairs.
• Coordinating nightly works to programme.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Daily briefings, toolbox talks and site coordination.
• Liaising with the Site Manager and client representatives.
• Maintaining site paperwork and reporting progress.
• Managing labour, materials and plant on shift.
• Leading by example and assisting the team where required.

Essential

• Previous experience supervising bridge repair or heavy civils projects.
• Concrete repair experience is essential.
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• CSCS Card.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable

• Highways Passport.
• IPAF.
• PASMA.
• First Aid.
• NRSWA or other highways-related tickets.
