Structured Finance Lawyer (Junior-Mid) - 4-Month London Role

Simmons Adaptive is seeking junior to mid-level structured finance lawyers to support a client on a four-month assignment. The role is full-time with three days in the London office and involves a broad range of transactional banking work from acquisition finance to corporate lending.

You must be a qualified lawyer with structured finance experience, able to work under tight deadlines, and capable of operating autonomously while collaborating with the wider team.
