Student Accommodation Maintenance Technician - Start

Ritz Recruitment is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician/Handyman in Bristol to carry out reactive maintenance in occupied rooms and to perform general building fabric work.

This hands-on role requires practical skills in plumbing, painting, repairs and routine checks within a fast-paced, service-oriented student accommodation environment.

An immediate start is available, with pay at £15 per hour plus holiday pay; tools are provided and no driving is required.
