About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of student accommodation buildings.
• Handling resident enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
• Overseeing the lettings process, including viewings, contract signing, and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Coordinating with maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained and safe.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and housing regulations for student accommodation.
• Building positive relationships with university stakeholders and local community partners in Cambridge .

Requirements

• Previous experience in property management, student accommodation, or hospitality management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with empathy for student needs.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with property management software and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
