Student Engagement & Attendance Officer

St John Bosco Arts College is seeking a proactive Student and Family Engagement Officer to join the Attendance and Pastoral team. The role focuses on improving attendance, punctuality and student engagement, working with families and external agencies to remove barriers to regular attendance.

You will monitor attendance patterns, contact families early, conduct home visits, and develop targeted strategies. A UK driving licence is desirable, and safeguarding responsibilities are emphasised.
