Student Housing: Resident Services & Front Desk

Homes for Students is recruiting a Resident Services Assistant at The Sail Works in Lancaster. This 40-hour-per-week role runs 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, delivering welcoming reception and help-desk support while assisting the operations team and General Manager.

You will handle student and visitor inquiries by email, phone, website, and in person, provide accurate information, and maintain high standards of customer care.
