Student Life Advisor - Frontline Guidance & Support

University of Suffolk is seeking a Student Life Adviser to join its Student Centre team in Ipswich. This full-time role offers 37 hours per week with a salary of £28,778 to £32,080 per annum, Band 3, and a Monday-Thursday, Friday shift pattern.

You will be the first point of contact, delivering frontline information, advice and guidance to students, staff and visitors, with a strong focus on excellent customer service and inclusive communication.
