Student Refocus Lead - Behavior & Focus Coach

Cheslyn Hay Academy, part of Windsor Academy Trust, is seeking a Student Refocus Lead to support a positive school culture. The role manages our Refocus Room to help students reset, reflect and return to learning.

You will work with teachers, Heads of Year and senior leaders to uphold high behaviour standards in a busy, supportive environment. The appointment is permanent, term-time only, 35 hours per week.
