Student Welfare Advocate

New City College in London is seeking a Student Adviser to provide welfare support to students based at our Hackney campus. You will join a friendly Bursary & Welfare team, delivering guidance on housing, financial hardship, immigration and benefits to help students navigate college life.

The role requires experience in 1-1 advisory work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work face-to-face and over the phone within a diverse student community.
