ThisroleishybridbasedinLondonbutwillrequirethesuccessfulcandidatetotraveltoOmanonaregularbasisforthisprestigiousawardwinningcompanywhohaveaflairforcreatingcontemporaryaward-winningprojectsandseekinganexperienceExecutiveAssistancewhomusthaveexperiencewithbidsupport.
WorkingcloselywiththereManagingDirectoronaday-to-daybasis,managingdiary,correspondence,travelandmeetingarrangementsalongwithmanagingthesmallLondonstudio.YouwillCoordinateandhelpproducebidproposalsandpitchdocuments:gathercontentfromdesignteams,puttogetherInDesignfilesandpresentations,proofreadsubmissions,trackdeadlinesandliaisewithbusinessdevelopment/marketing.
YouwillbehappyusingAItoolsconfidentlytospeedupdrafting,research,formattingandotheradministrativetasksbetweenourclientsfourglobaloffices,keepingcommunicationsmoothacrosstimezones.
Jugglemultipleconcurrenttasksandprioritiesandhandlesensitive/confidentialImperativethatyouwillasolidunderstandingofthedesignprocessandhowarchitectswork;thisisanadministrativerole,sodesignskillsarenotrequired.
