Studio Manager - Infrared Fitness, Unlimited Classes

Joy in Movement (J.I.M) is seeking a Studio Manager to be the heartbeat of the floor and community at our Sheffield studio. You’ll shape energy, build a loyal member base, and implement systems that keep the studio running smoothly behind the scenes.

The role covers four performance areas—Attract, Convert, Retain and Operate—sampling local marketing, lead conversion, member experience, and day-to-day operations, with strong emphasis on customer care and KPI delivery.
