Subcontract Manufacturing Manager — OTIF & Supplier Lead

CBSbutler is seeking a Subcontract Manufacturing Manager to oversee subcontract manufacturing operations onsite in Hampshire. You will work with suppliers, production, engineering and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products while managing supplier performance and schedules.

The role involves planning capacity, driving OTIF, managing inventory and production schedules, and using ERP/MRP systems (IFS desirable) to optimize planning.
