What you will do

• Provide one-on-one support to clients dealing with substance misuse, guiding them through their recovery journey.
• Develop, implement, and review recovery care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote peer support and shared learning.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external agencies to ensure a comprehensive service.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
