Superstore Retail Lead - Team, Sales & Community Impact

Cancer Research UK is seeking a motivated Superstore Assistant Manager to support the Superstore Manager in leading a large team and maximise sales and fundraising.

You will be based at Hartepool Superstore in the Trading department, responsible for recruiting, training and developing staff and volunteers, maintaining shop standards, and driving fundraising targets as well as donor engagement.
