CSW – Supervising Social Worker (Fostering)

Team name: Fostering Support Team (Supervising Social Worker) – will be doing kinship viability assessments

Grade/Pay Scale:
Please ensure the pay rate sits within the London Pledge capped rates (table below). 7/8

Working hours per week:
Please state if paid hours are capped. 35 Mon-Friday 9am-5pm

Is it possible to work full time hours over condenses days? NO

Expected assignment duration: 6 months plus

Case load:
Please confirm if the caseload is Children’s or Families. 16 fostering households

Please provide 3 essential requirements from suitable candidates:

• 1. experience as an SSW
• Must be able to travel and be flexible
• 3. cover the telephone out of hours rota once every 5 weeks.

Current working from home policy:
Please state whether this is likely to change within the next 3 months. In the office 3 days a week and 2 days out of the office. This is flexible depending on visits in the community

Is equipment provided by the Council?
