Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Purchasing co-ordinator to join our Procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials and negotiating with suppliers, to ensure the timely delivery of goods to support business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Our expertise cover the entire life cycle of our products from end-to-end; Design, Engineering & Manufacturing, through to Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO).
Your role:
* Manage the end-to-end procurement process for assigned commodities and suppliers.
* Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service performance.
* Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and value for the business.
* Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams.
* Resolve supply chain issues and expedite deliveries to minimise operational disruption.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic procurement projects.

*Time management is key to this role in conjunction with excellent organisation skills - Essential
*Self-motivated with a proactive working style- Essential
*You should have experience within a supply chain management environment. - Essential
*Knowledge and understanding of ERP/MRP systems- Desirable
*Sound numerical skills and an understanding of financial matters- Desirable
