Job Description
Supplier Due Diligence/Supplier On Boarding Analyst required for contract assignment in Stevenage (hybrid working)
Overview of department:
The Procurement Excellence team operates at an International (Group) level and is a team of subject matter experts providing support to Procurement and the Senior Procurement management team
Responsibilities:
All Non procurement Vendor Due diligence - Investigating vendors on third party tools, proposing an assessment, validating with compliance
On Boarding processing
Supplier data management
Stakeholder management - Finance, compliance, procurement, rest of business
Reporting and dashboards
Skillset/experience required:
Supplier On Boarding/KYC
Defence and aerospace regulatory knowledge
Knowledge of ISO37001 - ETHICS
Knowledge of ISO9001 - QUALITY
Advanced excel/word/powerpoint skills
Attention to detail
Quick to master new tools and processes
Ivalua (advantageous not required)
