Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasting models to ensure adequate inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations, such as lead times, transportation costs, and inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and delivery of goods.
• Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and strategies to enhance visibility and efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on supply chain performance for senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in FMCG .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and ideally a BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with demand planning and inventory management techniques.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain principles and logistics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
