Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations, including inventory levels, lead times, and transportation costs.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory management.
• Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and process improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on supply chain performance and recommendations.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance and relationships to ensure reliability and quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the FMCG sector or a related industry.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Experience with supply chain management software and ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote working environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
