Supply Chain Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to optimize logistics and operational efficiency from their Brighton office. You will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making within the logistics function.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and service levels.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement supply chain improvements.
• Forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and optimize transportation routes.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies within the supply chain.
• Support the development and execution of strategic supply chain initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Excellent understanding of supply chain principles and logistics operations.
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, concise recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
