About the Role

This role will focus on analyzing supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. You will work with complex data sets to provide actionable recommendations that support key business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations.
• Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to implement process improvements.
• Forecast demand and inventory needs to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance supply chain performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with supply chain principles and best practices.
