Supply Chain Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join their dynamic FMCG team. This is a fully remote role, responsible for optimizing inventory levels, improving logistical efficiency, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods from production to consumers. You will analyze supply chain data, identify trends, and develop strategies to reduce costs and enhance service levels. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain principles and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Monitor key supply chain metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory turnover, logistics costs) and report on performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes and systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis , logistics, or operations, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
• Experience with supply chain planning software and ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fully remote work environment.
