Supply Chain Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support their operations from Cambridge . This role is responsible for analyzing supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-backed recommendations to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. You will work closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to monitor key performance indicators, forecast demand, and implement strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support demand forecasting and inventory management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Research and evaluate new supply chain technologies and best practices.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
