About the Role

Our client is looking for a data-driven and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join their remote team, supporting operations across the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Your insights will be crucial in shaping strategic decisions related to inventory, logistics, and supplier performance. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK, and requires a candidate who can thrive in an independent, results-oriented environment. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics dashboards for key supply chain functions.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
• Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and processes.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on supply chain performance and recommendations.
• Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data modeling and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems is a significant advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
