Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimise carrying costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to schedule shipments and track deliveries in real-time.
- Process purchase orders and sales orders accurately and efficiently through the company's ERP system.
- Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions and bottlenecks proactively to maintain smooth operations.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, including key metrics and potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, procurement, and customer service, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Supply Chain Coordinator or similar logistics role.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and ERP systems for inventory and order management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory control, transportation, and warehousing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting .
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
