Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and efficient Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team, offering a fully remote working arrangement. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers by coordinating various aspects of the supply chain. You will work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to manage orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of supply chain processes and excellent communication skills, enabling them to contribute effectively to optimizing our client's operations from a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain process , from order placement to final delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Resolve logistical challenges and proactively address any delays or disruptions.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Supply Chain , Logistics, or related coordination role.
• Proficiency with supply chain management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
