About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and optimise inventory levels to meet demand while minimising holding costs.
• Oversee procurement processes, negotiating favourable terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners.
• Implement and utilise supply chain management software and analytics tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, with a significant portion in the FMCG industry .
• Proven experience in managing global logistics, inventory control, and procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, suitable for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.
