Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize operations within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector in Aberdeen . You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient flow of goods from production to end-users, managing logistics, inventory, and supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to meet business objectives and demand forecasts.
• Manage inventory levels, optimize warehousing, and ensure timely delivery of products across the distribution network.
• Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to secure favorable terms and maintain strong relationships.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the FMCG industry .
• Proven track record in optimizing logistics, inventory management, and supplier negotiations .
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
