About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join their expanding team on a fully remote basis. This role will involve overseeing and optimizing various aspects of the supply chain, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and delivery. You will work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex operations from a distance, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the entire supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily supply chain operations, including inventory, logistics, and transportation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Utilize supply chain management software to track shipments and manage inventory levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain operations , logistics, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and transportation logistics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with supply chain software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating strong self-discipline.
