Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current supply chain operations to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement in efficiency and cost.
• Design and implement optimized supply chain strategies, including inventory management, logistics, and network design.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain performance and track progress towards targets.
• Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to model scenarios and forecast demand, informing strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain improvements.
• Lead projects focused on implementing new technologies or processes to enhance supply chain visibility and responsiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics optimization, or a related engineering role.
• Proven experience with supply chain modeling software and advanced data analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, transportation logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop data-driven recommendations.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse functional teams.
