About the Role

You will be leading a KS2 class within a friendly and inclusive primary setting, supported by experienced staff and a collaborative leadership team. The school is looking for someone who can quickly build positive relationships, create a calm and engaging learning environment, and help pupils finish the school year feeling confident and supported.

The role will involve:

• Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons
• Supporting pupils across a range of abilities and learning needs
• Creating a positive, inclusive and consistent classroom environment
• Managing behaviour confidently and fairly
• Working closely with support staff and senior leaders
• Encouraging pupils academically, socially and emotionally during an important term in the school year

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from teachers who are:

• Qualified with QTS
• Experienced within UK primary schools, ideally KS2
• Calm, adaptable and confident in the classroom
• Strong in behaviour management and relationship building
• Passionate about helping every child feel supported and successful
• Able to hit the ground running and become a positive presence within the school community

Experience supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND, is highly valued.
