The Role
- Delivering engaging lessons across your subject specialism and other curriculum areas as required.
- Following school policies and lesson plans to ensure continuity of learning.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning environment.
- Assessing student understanding and providing feedback where appropriate.
- Building positive relationships with students and school staff.
- Adapting quickly to different school environments and classroom settings.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A flexible and professional approach to teaching.
- The ability to quickly build rapport with students and colleagues.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
