What You'll Be Doing

Supporting teachers in creating a positive and engaging classroom environment. Working with individuals and small groups to support learning and development. Helping pupils stay focused, motivated and engaged with their learning. Supporting children with different learning needs and abilities. Encouraging positive behaviour and helping maintain a safe and inclusive classroom. Building positive relationships with pupils and staff across different school settings. Stepping into different classrooms and adapting quickly to new environments.We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has a genuine passion for working with children. Is reliable, enthusiastic and adaptable. Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Has a patient and supportive approach. Is confident working independently as well as part of a team. Is happy to work across different primary schools in the Welwyn Garden City area.
