Our client is seeking a highly organised and compassionate Support Coordinator to join their fully remote team, serving individuals across the Stoke-on-Trent area. You will be the central point of contact for clients, their families, and the support staff, coordinating schedules, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high standard of care. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the scheduling of support workers for clients, ensuring optimal match of skills and needs.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a coordination, scheduling, or administrative role, preferably within the social care or healthcare sector.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and staff remotely.
- Proficiency in using computerised scheduling systems and standard office software.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a workload effectively within a remote setting.
