Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of support services, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and service documentation.
- Develop and nurture positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a coordination, administration, or support role, preferably within social care or healthcare.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
- Proficiency in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and support management software.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a problem-solving approach.
