Support Facilitator for Adult Learning Disabilities

Hawthorn House is seeking a Support Facilitator to assist adults with learning disabilities in Staffordshire. The role covers morning/afternoon shifts, weekends and bank holidays, with a 10.6% increment in pay. Interviews start week of 5 October 2026.

The post is not eligible for sponsorship due to legislation changes. DBS and health assessment are required as part of onboarding. We value compassionate, proactive staff who support independence, dignity and community involvement.
