Job Description
Support Worker - Autism Specialist (Children & Young People Services) Must have an Enhanced DBS check for Children as well as Adults Enhanced DBS must be on the update system
Experience
- Supporting Young people with Autism, requiring 1:1 support at all times.
- Young persons with diagnosis of autism with severe meltdowns when dysregulated,
- Young persons capable of becoming physically aggressive and threatening.
- Young persons, with known patterns of suicidal ideation.
- Supporting young persons with communication needs
Training
