Support Worker - Complex Care (Days) + £250 Welcome Bonus

Creative Care – Leicester Complex Care Service is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our on-site team in Leicester. The role involves assisting individuals with complex care needs, personal care, and implementing individual care plans under the supervision of the Service Manager.

We offer full training, 28–42 hours per week, and a supportive, values-driven environment. A UK or Irish driving licence is essential, with training provided for new starters.
