Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to the complex needs of each individual.
- Assist with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, medication management, and mobility support.
- Implement and follow behaviour support plans, employing strategies to manage challenging behaviours constructively.
- Engage individuals in meaningful activities, promoting social inclusion and personal development.
- Accurately record all care provided, observations, and incidents, reporting any concerns to the management team.

Requirements
- Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs, such as challenging behaviour, mental health issues, or profound learning disabilities, is essential.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and potential sleep-in duties.
- Willingness to undertake further training and obtain a satisfactory DBS check .
