Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs, such as challenging behaviour, mental health issues, or profound learning disabilities, is essential.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and potential sleep-in duties.
• Willingness to undertake further training and obtain a satisfactory DBS check .
