Support Worker – Days & Nights (3-on/3-off)

We Change Lives is seeking a Support Worker for days and nights in Warrington. The role covers diverse shifts (24–36 hours weekly) including day, night, and waking night duties. Pay is £12.71 per hour with a £1 night enhancement. A £250 welcome bonus is offered, with permanent contracted hours and a 3 on/3 off rota.

Previous experience isn’t essential as full training is provided. You’ll work in Home/Supported Living settings helping residents live their best lives with compassion and respect.
