Support Worker - Days & Nights (3 on/3 off)

We Change Lives (WCL) is looking for a dedicated Support Worker for days and nights in Warrington, Cheshire. This on-site role covers Padgate/Sankey area, with a 3 on/3 off rolling rota, 24–36 hours per week, including day and night shifts. Pay is £12.71 per hour, plus £1 night shift enhancement.

No prior experience is required; training and qualifications are provided on the job. Benefits include a Free Blue Light Card, free meals on 12-hour shifts, enhanced night and Christmas pay, and 24/7 GP
