Support Worker - Empower Adults to Be Independent

National Care Group is recruiting a Support Worker for Integra Ty Undeb, a residential service for seven adults with long-term mental health issues and complex needs. The role involves building relationships, planning daily activities, assisting with personal care and medication, and supporting the individuals to gain independence.

You will work closely with a caring and collaborative team, with paid training and opportunities for qualifications.
