Support Worker — Empower Independence & Community

Affinity Trust in Loughborough is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other needs. You will help build confidence, promote independence and foster meaningful connections through tailored daily support.

You will engage in activities that extend people’s choices, encourage community involvement, and celebrate progress, big or small, while receiving full training and potential NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
