Support Worker: Empower Independence & Dignity

CareTech is recruiting Support Workers to join our Copperplate service in Chatham, Kent. The role offers a chance to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs on a brand-new site opening November 2026.

The service will operate 24 hours with a team dedicated to 10 individuals. Training and induction will be provided to those new to care, with a strong emphasis on independence, dignity and wellbeing for the people we support.
