Support Worker - Empower Independence in Community Living

Real Life Options is seeking a committed Support Worker for our Paddock Way service in Acomb, York. This 26-hour-per-week role involves helping people with learning disabilities and autism to develop daily living skills, manage budgets, cook, and access activities in the community.

Full induction and accredited training are provided, with ongoing development and a supportive team. Flexible shift patterns include days, evenings and weekends, with relief opportunities.
