Support Worker – Empowering Young Adults to Thrive

Fair Ways is seeking compassionate Support Workers for our Bristol home to empower young adults toward independence and success. The role involves engaging with residents, supporting daily activities, and delivering trauma-informed care within a small family home.

This role is offered at 37.5 hours per week on a rolling 2 on / 4 off rota with sleep-ins. A full driving licence and access to a car are required, DBS will be enhanced and costs met by Fair Ways; right to work in the UK is essential;
